Taxco Mid-century clip earrings

Mid-century Taxco earrings with a sculptural, biomorphic form typical of Mexican modernist silver work. The softly folded surface creates fluid reflections, catching and diffusing light with movement.

Fitted with clip backs that appear to be later replacements, marked as base metal and therefore not suitable for sensitive ears. The clips are secure and well-balanced on the ear. Part of a matching set with necklace.
