We ship twice a week with Post NL. We insure and track all packages to make sure they arrive safely.
Items available in my studio that you see on Instagram can be shipped upon request. Please DM to proceed.
returns
All vintage items are final sale and non-refundable, so we encourage thoughtful shopping. If you have questions about an item prior to purchase, we are always available and happy to provide further details! Don't be shy!
All pieces are thoughtfully sourced and selected from around the globe. Every treasure is studied, treated, inspected, weighed, measured and stone identified before it's out for sale. We take great care to inspect and describe, however, minor flaws may occur due to the nature of vintage jewellery.
If you receive a piece with an unexpected flaw, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your parcel and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returning your items via post is at your own cost. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
exchanges
- If a ring that does not fit as expected, please contact us within 3 business days from the day of delivery to exchange for another product or a treasure ticket.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- If a piece shows signs of damage* within 7 days from the day of delivery, you can send it back for repair. If repair is impossible, you can exchange this for another piece or a treasure ticket.
*damage = loosening up, stone falling, closure clasp unfit for purpose. You have 7 days of receiving your parcel to contact us.
Exchanging your items via post is at your own cost.
customs
Postage and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply. These fees are not included in our prices, so please check your local postal or government guidelines for more information.
