Prisma 1970s bangle watch

This 1970s bangle watch is by Prisma, one of the oldest Dutch watch brands, and the case back is stamped 835 silver. The round case sits at the end of a band that wraps around the wrist and finishes in an open end, with a plain pale dial and slim hands. It is a battery watch and it works. The design feels inspired by the 1960s Torun bangle watch for Georg Jensen, which was first made in stainless steel. This is not that watch, but it carries the same sculptural line and looks just as good on the wrist. It is solid yet light, an elegant eye catcher.
