Pedro Castillo 1940s neck piece

This Mexican necklace dates to the 1940s and is a rare, representative Taxco piece from the era. It is made of flat solid links, each shaped as a flowing wave with layered ridges and a small open ring at one end. A slight black patina sits between the silver and gives the surface depth. The links lie perfectly and comfortably on the chest, and the hook clasp makes the closure seamless. It carries all purity marks and designer marks. A true heirloom.
