Floral hairpin

Solid and sculptural, this heavy silver hairpin was crafted by the Fa. Niekerk silversmiths in Schoonhoven, the historic Dutch silver city, dating somewhere between 1940s - 1960s. It features fine floral engravings across a flat, slightly arched panel that curves just enough to hold the hair naturally. The closure is a clean, functional pin — also in solid silver, ending with a beautiful flower.

Marked with the Dutch sword hallmark, the crown with N10, and the Niekerk master mark. A wearable heirloom.
