Mexican curved panel studs

These silver panel earrings are curved and sit on a stud fitting, each with a second, slimmer strip of silver folded over the front and crossing the main panel at an angle. The markings point to a date after 1979, and they are from Cuernavaca, Mexico. I have chosen not to polish them, so the natural patina stays and gives the surface some depth. The shape follows the ear and goes down under the earlobe, which I love about them, and they catch the light beautifully. A very elegant pair.
